2. Author Guidelines

The Editorial Office requires the following documents:

  • Electronic version of the article formatted according to the requirements (using the Article Template)
  • Signed consent for personal data processing

Each manuscript, provided all required documents have been submitted, may be published in the next issue of the journal, subject to external peer review and a positive decision by the Editorial Board.

 

Submission is free of charge.

Publication is subject to a fee (see Article Processing Charges).

 

3. Review Timeframes

The average time for initial manuscript evaluation is ten days.

The average time for peer review is two months.

The average time to publication is three months.

All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com.

 

4. Delivery Journal Copies

Regular mail

Printed copies of the journal are sent or delivered in person to the address provided by the author: postal code, city or town/settlement, region (district), full name of the recipient (surname, first name, patronymic), and mobile phone number.

E-mail

Digital materials may also be sent to the author's email address. In this case, the same contact details must be clearly provided.

 

5. Submission Requirements

By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors confirm its compliance with all established requirements and ethical norms of the journal, and also certify that they own the exclusive copyright to the article. Furthermore, they confirm that the article has not been previously published or submitted for consideration to other journals or conferences, and does not contain information prohibited from publication in the open press.

Articles that do not meet these requirements will not be considered and will be rejected.

When submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors must confirm its compliance with all established requirements.

If the submitted materials do not meet these criteria, the Editorial Board will return them for revision.

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under review by another journal (appropriate explanations must be provided in the comments to the editor).
  • The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format.
  • All web links in the text are active and correctly formatted.
  • The text must use an 11-point font with “Multiple 1” line spacing. Authorial emphasis must be in italics (not underlined). All illustrations, charts, and tables must appear directly in the body of the text, in their appropriate positions (not at the end of the document).
  • The text must comply with the stylistic and bibliographic standards set out in the Formatting Requirements.
  • The material is submitted to a peer-reviewed journal, and the submission file has been prepared in accordance with the Peer Review Process Instructions.

 

6. Copyright Notice

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

This license allows others to freely use the published material only for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated. This must not imply endorsement by the authors.

Note: The license applies to full-text reuse or reuse of specific elements (e.g., figures, tables). Standard academic citation (in-text or in the list of references) does not require license attribution and is permitted under scholarly norms.

No additional legal or technical restrictions may be applied that would prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the license.

 

7. Confidentiality Policy

The names and email addresses provided by users on this site are used solely for the technical operation of the journal and will not be disclosed to or shared with third parties.

 

Basic Principles Guiding the Editorial Board:

  • All reviewers must confirm that they will maintain the confidentiality of the information they work with until the article is published.
  • If a reviewer needs advice from experts in another subject area, the reviewer must report this to the editorial staff and obtain permission for such a consultation.
  • The information that authors submit to the Editorial Board will not be disclosed to third parties.
  • All contact information provided by the authors is used only by the Editorial Board and will not be transferred to third parties.

 

Note to authors: For information on the importance of signing the License Agreement (see Copyright & Licensing). The license can be completed electronically and must be signed by all authors.

A scanned or digital signature is sufficient.

If needed, the Editorial Board may request affiliation confirmation separately.

The cover letter must be completed electronically.
