Editors do not have the right to disclose the data specified in the manuscripts prior to their publication.

        In its activities, the Editor is responsible for the publication of copyright works, which imposes the need to follow the following fundamental principles:

– when making a decision on publication, the Editor is guided by the accuracy of data presentation and the scientific significance of the work in question;

– the Editor should evaluate the intellectual content of the manuscripts, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, origin, citizenship, social status or political preferences of the authors;

– unpublished data obtained from submitted manuscripts should not be used for personal purposes or transferred to third parties without the written consent of the Author. Information or ideas obtained during editing and related to possible benefits should be kept confidential and not used for personal gain;

– the Editor should not allow the publication of information, if there is sufficient reason to believe that it is plagiarized;

– the Editor, together with the Publisher, should not leave unanswered claims regarding the reviewed manuscripts or published materials, as well as take all necessary measures to restore the violated rights when identifying a conflict situation.
