In its activities, the Editor is responsible for the publication of copyright works, which imposes the need to follow the following fundamental principles:
– when making a decision on publication, the Editor is guided by the accuracy of data presentation and the scientific significance of the work in question;
– the Editor should evaluate the intellectual content of the manuscripts, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, origin, citizenship, social status or political preferences of the authors;
